CHAC Grade 5 NAPLAN test week

Hi Totoro,
Today we did a NAPLAN test it was hard but the bad thing is that we have to do more tests tomorow and the next day. The test are about maths, writing and spelling. Today we did spelling and writing. We hope it does not get harder. I hope you have a good time at school. The whole class is missing you. The grade 4s are having a great time and the grade 5s are having a good time too. Mrs.Thomas is missing you too. I hope you are having good day and seeing lots of things in Europe. Thanks for the postcard from Edinburgh!

We are in Vienna

Hello again all. We are currently in Vienna and on the keyboard the z and y keys are back to front, so if I make a mistake it is not my fault! Our first stop on the tour was in Belgium where the chocolate is unreal, so are the waffles and we saw manneken Pis - please ask Ms Thomas to explain. We have been to Amsterdam, then Germany where we went on a cruise down the Rhine, then to Mount Rigi in Switzerland (where madame Gunn is from). The mountain was 1800 metres high and it is the first time I (Harry) saw snow. It was amazing. I made a snow angel and we had heaps of fun. Back in London

Hello All. We have been in Scotland for the last 8 days. It was really beautiful. We spent four days in Edinburgh, going to the castle and were there for the 21 gun salute. There were also bag pipes so it was really cool. We then drove to St Andrews the home of golf. After that we went to Loch Ness, we actually stayed about 10 metres from the Loch, I have some photos just having a bit of problem putting them up.... After that we went to Oban which is on the west coast of Scotland and near the Isle of Mull, and also Iona. It was really beautiful here, but Scotland was colder than London. Today I am off to the Tower of London and to ride the London Eye. The weather is beautiful and it is lovely and warm. Have you received our post card yet?
